MY APPROACH
Therapy is not one-size fits all
My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in cognitive behavioral techniques. I work with clients to help them build more adaptive habits that support a life aligned with their values—one that feels both meaningful and fulfilling. I believe that therapy should be a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
Starting therapy takes courage. Talking about your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can feel vulnerable, which is why I prioritize creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment. I show up for my clients as a real-life human—genuine, grounded, and fully present. I believe that authenticity fosters connection, and I strive to model that in every session. The therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do together, and I let it unfold naturally, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where we work together to make sense of what’s going on in your life. We’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, identify patterns that may be getting in the way, and uncover new ways of thinking and coping. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer insights, and help you discover tools that support long-term growth and well-being.
At the heart of my work is a foundation of trust, empathy, and mutual respect. I believe that meaningful healing happens when you feel safe enough to be your full, authentic self—and when your therapist is right there beside you, not just as an expert on your life, but as a fellow human committed to walking with you through it.
